Again, Barcelona beat Madrid at Bernabeu
Real Madrid's ambition to reap victories in the first leg quarter-final Copa del Rey at home to beat Barcelona  failed after his guest was able to steal two goals at the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium, Thursday, January 19, 2012. Madrid was forced to surrender with a score of 1-2.

This game runs pretty hard. Evidently, seven yellow cards out of the pocket referee Cesar Muniz Fernandez, who led the fight.

Madrid players pocketed four yellow cards (Pepe, Fabio Coentrao Alexandre da Silva, Jose Maria Callejon, Ricardo Carvalho). While the three yellow cards to players in Barcelona (Gerard Pique, Sergio Busquets, Carles Puyol).

Both teams will meet again in the second leg, January 25, 2012. The second leg will be in home Barcelona Camp Nou.

This is the second defeat at home for Real Madrid from Barcelona at home. In December 2011, Madrid defeated Barcelona 1-3 at Bernabeu in La Liga.
